E400 – France with Loches Cross Curricular

16 day program with 4-day school immersion with option for 23 days including northern France.

TETC prides itself in introducing an innovative quality approach to learning French in France.

Saint-Denis International School, established in 1858, is a private Catholic school under contract to the French State, with over 800 students enrolled. Situated in the Loire Valley, a UNESCO worldwide heritage site, Loches is full of history and famous castles visited by people from around the world. The school specializes in linguistic and cultural exchanges with over 400 boarders as well as day students. Pupils benefit from a calm and safe living environment in the medieval town of Loches, and International students benefit from living with a French family that is closely connected to the school and community.

TETC and Ecole Internationale Saint-Denis bring your students a fully immersed and integrated French language program. Ecole Internationale Saint-Denis also provides a unique opportunity for non-language students of History or Geography to access and experience homestay (optional) as well as attend lessons conducted in English relevant to their Key Learning Area. Programs are tailor-made to cater for your specific curriculum requirements. Click below to view a video of the medieval town of Loches

The Premium Educational Content classification is for programs specifically designed with a high educational content for Australian schools in conjunction with TETC’s exclusive Education Partners in New Caledonia and Europe

  • Smaller class sizes for individualized attention – students are grouped into 2 diverse levels of ability depending on their language level.

  • Experience homestay (optional and students are always paired)
  • Homestay hosts are mostly families of present and former students and are carefully selected so that the homestay experience is a positive one.
  • Local operators and accommodation providers are carefully selected by our European representative office. We only use minimum 2 stars hotels for the comfort and safety of your group, unless specifically requested otherwise.
  • All dinners are always included –advance bookings for individual dietary requirements ensures that food quantity and quality are equivalent to your expectation of adult groups’ standards.

  • You are busy teaching. Send us your risk assessment document and we will complete the tour section for your perusal. We are familiar with our overseas venues, hotels and locations and able to cover more details. This will assist you with all important H&S angles.
  • A school tour is no teacher’s holiday, you are on duty 24×7: Teachers are accommodated in single hotel rooms, unless specifically requested otherwise.
